Tim Washer is a social media manager for Cisco Systems’ Service Provider Marketing group. Prior to Cisco, he served as head of social media video production for IBM, where he wrote/produced the company’s most successful YouTube series, "The Art of the Sale" as well as "Mad Science" which contributed to the Smarter Planet campaign winning the Silver Anvil award. His work has been covered by Advertising Age and ADWEEK, and The New York Times. Tim moonlights as a comedy writer/actor, and credits include Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, SNL and The Onion Sports Network.
