Erin Whalen
Entrepreneur, Marketer & MBA Candidate 2013
Grease Monkey Wipes

Erin is a first year MBA student at the McCombs School of Business. Prior to returning to school, she immersed herself in all things marketing and entrepreneurial since receiving her BBA from McCombs in 2001. At McCombs, Erin is a member of the CCIMS Marketing Fellows, Graduate Marketing Network, Graduate Consulting Group, Graduate Women in Business, and an active MBA student blogger.

Thanks to a strong love for business, Erin has been fortunate to work in a variety of industries, provide consulting services to start-ups across the country, and start two of her own successful companies. Most recently, she developed an all-natural cleaning product called Grease Monkey Wipes, which she and her business partner successfully pitched on ABC's Shark Tank.  Prior to that, Erin was the marketing director at a Texas-based catastrophe restoration company and the marketing communications manager for a Texas-based wind power development company.

At McCombs, Erin is on a quest to learn as much as possible and upon graduation, utilize her experiences and education to help companies and businesspeople become more successful.
